- Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If you are in a jurisdiction that defines “sale” or “share” broadly (e.g., some US state laws), you may have additional opt-out rights described in Section 10.
6. Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the Service to function.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate and lawful business purposes (such as security, audits, dispute resolution, and compliance). Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and your account settings. You may delete certain User Content through your dashboard; we may retain limited residual copies in backups for a reasonable period.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as contractual protections) to help protect your information.

- Access, edit, or delete certain saved content through your dashboard
- Update profile/account information
- Cancel subscriptions (if applicable)
10.2 Privacy rights (may vary by location)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
10.3 US state privacy disclosures
If applicable, you may have the right to opt out of certain “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. To submit a request, contact us at support@noteithub.com.
10.4 Marketing communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We may still send important service-related messages (e.g., billing, security).
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
